would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP; the individual’s race, color, sex,
national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Children’s Health of Carolina, PA has written policies describing the process and
procedure for financial assistance to ensure that no one who is unable to pay will be
denied access to services.
All Children’s Health of Carolina, PA (NHSC-approved) sites will prominently display
notices to patients in common areas on-site and on the site’s official website and social
media platforms stating that no one will be denied access to services due to inability to
pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and
income.
